It is the same scope of work delivered at Crittenden Wines: full concept design, hands-on build oversight, a hand-picked and trained team, and every operating system in place before handover, so the business runs without you once the work is done.
What's included:
- Full concept design for the venue.
- Project management of the build or full renovation, start to finish.
- Complete organisational structure: org chart, position descriptions, roles and responsibilities.
- Hiring the full team, front of house and back of house.
- Training the team to run the venue to standard.
- Building every operating system and SOP the venue needs.
- Reporting structure and cadence, so performance is visible from day one.
- Full handover to a trained, systemised team once the venue is running independently.
Duration: 12 - 18 months
Full-time, onsite for the duration of the build and launch.
What happens after handover:
Transitions into an ongoing Embedded Advisory retainer once the team is running independently, so the gains hold and problems get caught early.
