Built and ran Two Buoys Tapas & Wine Bar on the Mornington Peninsula for twelve years, taking it to $2.5M revenue and $400K EBITDA and Best Restaurant/Café in Australia. Owned and built Steam Restaurant, recognised as Best New Asian Restaurant in Victoria. Directed operations of a $25M luxury precinct at The Continental Sorrento, leading a team of 350+ and reducing labour costs from 60% to 45% while lifting guest satisfaction and team engagement. Scaled Create Catering’s national operations from $12M to $25M annualised revenue in six months across 15 venues. Ran the floor for Neil Perry at Rockpool. Ran multi-site restaurant groups in Canada. Founded The Ball Group to bring that experience directly to owners and operators serious about building something lasting.

Twenty-five years in global brand, marketing, and advertising leadership. Currently Global Head of Sponsorships at Pepperstone, leading its global partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team, having previously served as the company’s Global Head of Brand and APAC Head of Marketing. Earlier held Head of Global Brand and Head of Global Marketing roles at Linius Technologies, and built her early career in senior marketing and advertising roles at ANZ Bank, Grey Group, and Reality Group Advertising Agency. Co-founded The Ball Group, and brings a strategic global brand, marketing, and partnership lens to every venue The Ball Group works with.
